Beyond Meat Goes Beyond Burgers With New Sparkling Protein Drink “Beyond Immerse”
Beyond Meat — best known for plant-based burgers and sausages — is stepping into a totally new lane: beverages.
The company just introduced Beyond Immerse, a plant-based “functional” protein drink designed to pack protein, fiber, antioxidants, and electrolytes into one 12-ounce can, as the protein craze keeps spilling out of the gym and into everyday grab-and-go drinks.
What’s in it (and what flavors are coming)
Beyond Immerse is launching in three flavors: Peach Mango, Lemon Lime, and Orange Tangerine.
Each flavor comes in two versions:
-
10g protein / 7g fiber / 60 calories
-
20g protein / 7g fiber / 100 calories
Beyond Meat says the drinks use plant-based ingredients like pea protein and tapioca fiber, and include vitamin C and electrolytes, with no GMOs or sugar alcohols.
Where to buy it
Right now, Beyond Immerse is being sold for a limited time through Beyond Test Kitchen, Beyond Meat’s direct-to-consumer platform.
On the Beyond Test Kitchen site, 12-packs are listed around $29.95 (10g) and $34.95 (20g), and the site advertises free shipping on orders $70+ — though availability can shift fast (some flavors show as sold out/coming soon).
Why Beyond Meat is doing this now
Beyond Meat’s move comes as interest in high-protein foods and drinks continues to surge — and as more major brands roll out protein-forward menu items and beverages.
For Long Islanders who want something lighter than a thick shake (but still want that “post-workout” protein hit), Beyond Immerse is Beyond Meat’s bet that the next big protein habit might come in a can instead of a cup.
