Chipotle Mexican Grill Celebrating National Tortilla Chip Day With Free Giveaways

To celebrate National Tortilla Chip Day on February 24, Chipotle Mexican Grill is giving away freebies consisting of their delicious tortilla chips and queso.

The promotion runs from Monday, February 23 to Wednesday, February 25, and customers can access the free goods by using the Chipotle app or website and using the promotional code “CHIPS26” at checkout, according to the chain’s Chief Marketing Officer, Stephanie Perdue.

“Our chips are handmade every morning with fresh lime, and they pair perfectly with our delicious Queso Blanco,” she said. “Both are made with real ingredients and no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. It’s the best way to celebrate Tortilla Chip Day with the real ingredients our guests expect from Chipotle.”

Chipotle fast casual restaurants specialize in bowls, tacos, and Mission burritos made to order in front of the customer; as of December 2025, chain has 4,000 locations.
