Dark Horse Tavern Said to Replace American Standard Whiskey Bar in Bay Shore
After American Standard Whiskey Bar in Bay Shore announced it was closing in late December, we contacted owner co-owner Anthony Tartaglia, from Costa Verde Hospitality Group, about the sale. Tartaglia confirmed the sale but said it was not necessarily bad news because they weren’t looking to sell but the price was right.
“We got a great offer,” he said.
Sounds like they got an offer they couldn’t refuse.
The property at 53 West Main Street in Bay Shore, will become a new location for Dark Horse Tavern, according to an article in Newsday. This will be Dark Horse Tavern’s fourth location joining others in Farmingdale, Massapequa Park, and Rockville Centre.
