Great South Bay Brewery Opening at Ronkonkoma Station Yards
A story in Long Island Business News says that Great South Bay Brewery is the first retail tenant to sign up for Tritec Real Estate’s new Station Yards mixed-use complex near the Ronkonkoma train station.
Station Yards (also known as Ronkonkoma Hub) is a $1 billion development project that will revitalize the neighborhood around the Ronkonkoma train station and bring more transit oriented apartments to the area. The Project spans more than 53 acres with 1,450 homes planned along with 555,000 square-feet of mixed use space and 60,000 square feet of hospitality space.
Great South Bay is a brewery in Bay Shore serving its own brand of beers like their Blonde Ambition Blonde Ale, Blood Orange Pale Ale and Jetty Cream Ale.
The brewery says they expect to open in Spring 2024.
