Just Salad Planning Four More Locations on Long Island
The New York City-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad, is planning to open another location at 373 South Oyster Bay Road in Plainview. The spot was formerly a P.F. Chang’s To Go.
This will be Just Salad’s 6th Long Island location joining stores in Hauppauge, Commack, Westbury, Oceanside, and Huntington. All the Just Salad locations are corporate owned.
According to a company representative the Plainview store is tentatively slated to open at the end of this year or early next year.
Just Salad’s expansion on Long Island is far from complete. There are plans for at least three more locations on Long Island. One in Port Washington at 143 Shore Road in a newly constructed pad site in the Soundview Marketplace shopping center, another in Lake Grove at 1995D Nesconset Highway near the Smith Haven Mall, and a lease was recently signed for a new location in the Clearmeadow Plaza shopping center at 2411 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
