Kyuramen Expands to Huntington, Aiming to Be the ‘Starbucks of Ramen’

Kyuramen arrived on the Huntington village food scene when the ramen chain expanded its footprint on Long Island. Located at 296 Main Street, this new Kyuramen outpost opened in August, bringing its traditional Japanese flavors to the heart of Huntington.

Known for its authentic ramen crafted with high-quality ingredients, Kyuramen has 30 locations across the U.S. The Huntington location is part of a broader growth plan, with the chain aiming to reach 50 locations by year’s end.

The 3,200-square-foot restaurant features seating for 79 guests, with its signature honeycomb-shaped booths offering a cozy, communal dining experience.

“Huntington’s rich cultural heritage and food scene make it the perfect home for Kyuramen’s authentic Japanese flavors,” said Jackie Wong, Kyuramen Huntington’s store manager. “We’re excited to offer the community a space to enjoy handcrafted ramen made with the finest ingredients.”

Kyuramen’s menu highlights include the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu Ramen, a customer favorite that showcases the brand’s dedication to traditional flavors. The restaurant will be open daily from 11am to 10pm, catering to ramen lovers of all ages.

The expansion reflects the vision of Kyuramen’s owner, who once shared his ambition to make Kyuramen the “Starbucks of Ramen,” bringing high-quality, affordable ramen to communities across the country.
