Lobster Roll Introduces New Menu Items, Summer Sips, And Happy Hour Offerings For The 2026 Season
Summer has officially arrived at Lobster Roll (www.lobsterroll.com), and with it comes an exciting lineup of new menu offerings, refreshing cocktails, shareable plates, and seasonal specials designed for gathering with family and friends all season long.
Guests can now enjoy the newly launched Summer Sips Menu, featuring refreshing seasonal cocktails perfect for warm-weather dining on the East End.
Beginning June 19, both Lobster Roll locations will introduce Slack Tide Happy Hour, available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (during each location’s operating days). The new happy hour menu features approachable bar pricing, small plates and shareable favorites, featured menu specials, buckets of beer, and pitchers of margaritas designed for easy summer entertaining.
New additions to the menu include:
- Roasted Beet Salad
- Bang Bang Shrimp
- Fresh Oysters
- Po’ Boys
- American Cut Steak
- The LobSTAR Roll
- Montauk Lobster Salad Minis
Among the season’s highlights is the introduction of the Shareable LobSTAR Roll, a larger-format version of the restaurant’s signature favorite designed to serve up to four guests.
At the Southampton location, guests will also find several exclusive additions including:
- Flight of Chowders
- Tacos
- Quesadillas
- Honey Glazed Salmon
To satisfy every sweet tooth, Lobster Roll will feature new additions of Andrea’s Obsession Desserts and has introduced an expanded dessert menu featuring both individual and shareable options, including:
- Tiramisu (Shareable)
- Apple Berry Crisp (Shareable)
- Chocolate Lava Cake
- Dot Cakelettes
- Cinnamon Ice Cream, the perfect accompaniment to seasonal fruit pies and crisps
