New 2,500-Sq-Ft Takeout Restaurant Coming to Selden, Tenant TBD
Plans are in the works for a new 16-24-seat restaurant at 730 Middle Country Road in Selden. According to an application filed with the Town of Brookhaven Planning Board by 730 M.C. Holding Corp, the building is being constructed “on spec,” meaning there’s no tenant lined up yet. The Farmingville-based developer, known for creating similar restaurants, is open to potential buyers or lessees for the property.

The vacant site will soon transform into a 2,500-square-foot restaurant with 23 parking spaces, a full basement, and outdoor seating on the corner of Middle Country Road and Selden Court, across from Riley Fibbers Pub. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2025.
