Stop & Shop Offering “More Cluck for Your Buck” Chicken Discounts Leading Up to Super Bowl LX
Supermarket chain Stop & Shop is now offering a “More Cluck for Your Buck” discount on their chicken products leading up to Super Bowl LX this upcoming weekend.
The discounts began on Monday, February 2 at Stop & Shop’s New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut locations, and sports fans can save a hefty sum on gameday favorites while watching the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks go head-to-head on the gridiron this Sunday, February 8.
The “More Cluck for Your Buck” campaign covers several different chicken brands, including Stop & Shop’s own Nature’s Promise, as well as other well-known manufacturers such as Perdue and Bell & Evans, according to Stop & Shop president Roger Wheeler.
“With game day right around the corner and chicken tenders and wings among the most popular snacks, this felt like the perfect time to deliver meaningful savings for our local customers,” he said. “These new lower prices on chicken are here to stay, and we’re proud to help our customers stretch their grocery budgets even further throughout the year – and to take another step towards delivering an even better shopping experience.”

Stop & Shop drum value pack: $1.29/pound (38 percent discount)
Stop & Shop boneless breast value pack: $2.99/pound (29% percent discount)
Perdue drums: $2.49/pound (18% percent discount)
Stop & Shop wing value pack: $3.59/pound (15% percent discount)
Bell & Evans wings, 1-pound tray pack: $5.99/pound (15% percent discount)
Bell & Evans boneless breasts: $10.49/pound (13% percent discount)
Perdue tenders: $6.49/pound (12% percent discount)
Nature’s Promise tenders: $9.49/pound (10% percent discount)
