New Brunch Spot, Nappi’s Nook, Opens in Nesconset

Getting high praise for its service and food, Nappi’s Nook is the newest spot for brunch in Nesconset.

The menu is loaded with savory dishes like their Avo BST omelet, which is avocado, bacon, spinach, tomato, and cheddar cheese ($16.50), the Nappi Frittata, with sweet Italian sausage, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, mozzarella, and basil drizzle ($16.50), the San Fran, made from plant-based eggs, vegan mozzarella, avocado, roasted peppers, homefries, and multigrain panini ($16), and the staff favorite Poor Man Steak & Egg, made with brisket, short rib, chuck burger, egg, bacon, cheese, and shrimp hash ($19).

If a stack is more your thing then try the Berry-Licious Belgian Waffle with berry compote and whipped cream ($13), or their Funky Monkey, buttermilk pancakes, banana, PB&J, and Mike’s hot honey ($15). You can also grab the Not Your Ordinary Knish, a potato knish, corned beef, coleslaw, Swiss, and 1000 Island ($14).

On Yelp, Brittney S, from Smithtown, gave it five stars.

“Super impressed with every little thing about this space,” she wrote. “The service was fantastic, food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge! I got The Gatsby, which was to die for!”

She said the one downside is that they did not take reservations so she had to wait 20 minutes to be seated but that wouldn’t deter her from returning.

“We will definitely be going back,’ she said.

Alex R, from Hicksville, went on a recommendation.

“Very cute place with amazing food and service,” Alex wrote. “It feels very homey and staff makes you feel very welcomed. Shoutout to Amanda for the amazing service! She was super friendly and had a great positive attitude! Will for sure be back.”

Location: 204 Smithtown Boulevard, Nesconset, (631) 406-7610.
