“Many of these bottles are rare and allocated,” Nicoletti explained. “Once they’re gone, they’re gone. It’s a living, breathing list, constantly changing and growing, which makes every visit to the bar a new experience.”
One of the highlights? The full Weller portfolio, from the Reserve to the sought-after Single Barrel—a whiskey lineup so significant, Nicoletti proudly noted, “Without Weller, there would be no Pappy Van Winkle.”
