Christopher’s on Wall Street in Huntington is Up For Sale
After 41 years, Christopher’s in Huntington is up for sale. The long-standing pub at 8 Wall Street has been listed on commercial real estate sites as being for sale. Loopnet.com shows the property and business being offered for $2.7 million.
The price includes the 4,000-square-foot building in a prime location in Huntington Village. The two-story restaurant includes 3,000 square feet of space with a 750-square-foot patio with a bar.
“Long time established restaurant/bar that attracts local residents and visitors alike,” the listing reads. “One of the more sought after locations in Huntington – Wall Street boasts street fairs during the summer and a winter carnival during holiday times.”
According to the real estate site, the property was first built in 1860.

Taxes on the property are listed at $19,183.
