Dalers Pizza Parlor Opens in Farmingdale Village by Owners of Vespa Italian Kitchen & Bar

Dalers Pizza Parlor, a new pizzeria from the owners of Vespa Italian Kitchen & Bar, has opened in Farmingdale Village at 331 Main Street. The pizzeria has been teasing Farmindalers for months with a renovated storefront, signage, and social media posts as far back as March saying they were opening sometime this year and they finally started slinging pies on Tuesday, December 28th.

Previously, the corner building had been home to a Minuteman Press with Gino’s Pizza next door, which closed in 2020 after almost 40 years in the village. Plans for Dalers Pizza Parlor were announced over a year ago by owner Ben LoManto who also owns Vespa Italian Kitchen & Bar in Farmingdale.

Vespa Italian Kitchen & Bar also recently leased space at the Station Yards complex in Ronkonkoma and is expected to open a new restaurant there next spring.

Billing itself as a “local authentic pizza parlor with old school vibe,” Dalers Pizza Parlor’s menu features a variety of pizza pies including all the typical pizza varieties you’d expect like Grandma, Sicilian and Neapolitan. Specialty pies include Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Parmigiana, Hot Honey Pepperoni with a hot honey drizzle over pepperoni, and Bianca with mozzarella, seasoned ricotta, pecorino romano, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, parsley and no sauce. Pasta dishes, heroes and appetizers all round out the menu.

We will follow up with more information about Dalers Pizza Parlor as it becomes available.
