If You’re First in Line You Could Win Free Donuts For a Year – Duck Donuts in East Meadow Plans Grand Opening For November 18th

Duck Donuts in East Meadow is having a grand opening on Saturday, November 18th at 2334 Hempstead Turnpike in the Meadowbrook Shopping Center. If you’re lucky enough to get there first, you could also win free donuts for a year.

The grand opening will be at 8am. The 1,800 square-foot East Meadow store is owned by Omar Athar and Sana Rafique, who also own the Garden City shop.

Athar and Rafique grew up in the Garden City Park area and lived in Nassau County for more than 20 years. Now, they live in Suffolk County with their two children.

To celebrate the grand opening, the first guest in line on November 18th will receive one free dozen donuts per month for a year. The next 50 guests will receive the Sprinkling Happiness Package, two dozen donuts and a bucket of coffee, for a future visit.

As part of the grand opening celebration, the shop has selected Cohen Children’s Hospital for its “Quack Gives Back” charity program and 5% of sales from opening weekend will be donated to the hospital.

In addition to donuts, the shop will serve the brand’s own signature coffee blends, espresso beverages, donut breakfast sandwiches, donut sundaes, frozen beverages, milkshakes, select retail items, and more.
