Igloo Dining Is Back on Long Island For 2024 And We’ve Got a List of Restaurants That Offer Them

It’s getting cold outside. When the winter season descends upon us, for the most part, outdoor dining becomes just a distant memory. Unless your favorite restaurant has an igloo. Igloos give us the perfect winter vibe. Below we list some of the restaurants on Long Island offering igloo dining this season.

RHUM – Experience the beauty of all four seasons at RHUM restaurant, open year-round with 360-degree views. Igloos can accommodate up to six guests each, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic night out. Patchogue’s only rooftop dining experience. Where: 13 E Main St, Patchogue.

The Oar – The igloos at The Oar are for a maximum of six people. On Tuesday through Thursday, the rental fee is $50. Friday to Sunday is a $75 rental fee. Where: 264 West Avenue, Patchogue.

Mirabelle – Rent an igloo for two hours for up to six people. Includes an exclusive server. Full menu available. Wednesday through Sunday. Where: 150 Main Street, Stony Brook.

Better Man Distilling Company – They have five themed igloos! 🎮 Gamer Cave ❄️ Winter Wonderland 🦍 Jungle Adventure 🥂 Ladie’s Night 🪩 Disco Fever. $25 for a 3 hour reservation. Where: 161 River Avenue, Patchogue.

Pietro’s – A refreshed igloo dining area. Heated igloos provide a cozy and protected environment for diners to enjoy their meal, even during inclement weather. Where: 476 East Meadow Avenue, East Meadow.

The Baker House 1650 – Reserve a winter igloo in the Hamptons. Where: 181 Main Street. East Hampton.

Gurney’s – Cozy up in one of their heated igloos overlooking the ocean. All igloos will be decked out with cozy décor, activities, and entertainment. Where: 290 Old Montauk Hwy, Montauk.

Mattebella – The igloos at Mattebella vineyards return this season! Heated, cozy and private. Where: 46845 Route 25, Southold.

The Buoy Bar – They were spied setting up their igloos. Call for details. Where: 72 Bayside Drive, Point Lookout.

Smuggler Jack’s – Fully furnished and heated igloos at this waterfront restaurant. Where: 157 Forest Avenue, Massapequa.
