It’s Baaaaack! The McRib Returns to McDonald’s After It Was Supposed to be Gone For Good

The return of the McRib has some people salivating and others just shrugging. The divisive menu item at McDonalds is returning to stores after it went on a farewell tour last year. Like an aging rock star the MccRib just can’t give up the stage.

The news was reported by Instagrammer Snackolator last week that the sandwich will return in November.

The McRib will not be available nationwide, according to the company so if you see it you might want to make a note and nab one.

McDonalds describes the McRib as “seasoned boneless pork dipped in a tangy BBQ sauce, topped with slivered onions and dill pickles, all served on a toasted homestyle bun.”

The McRib was first introduced in 1981 and has made periodic, limited time reoccurrences since then.

If you see a McRib in the wild, let us know in the comments, will ya?
