Newly released chef’s menu presents a sensational ode to culinary artistry.

MoCA Asian Bistro has some new menu items, carefully curated by the restaurant’s executive chef Jeff Lee, crafted with the vibrant colors and refreshing flavors of summer in mind.

“We are thrilled to introduce our Chef’s New Menu at MoCA,” said Chef Lee. “Our aim is to create dishes that not only satisfy the taste buds but also engage and inspire our guests. We have carefully curated a selection of unique flavors and textures that harmonize to create an unforgettable dining experience.”

New items include:

Scallop Carpaccio – Delight in the exquisite combination of juicy scallops paired with zesty orange, crisp red radish, sweet blueberries, and a delightful crunch from rice crackers. This masterpiece is enhanced by a tantalizing orange and lime sauce dressing that perfectly complements the freshness of the ingredients.

Baby Yellowtail Carpaccio – Elevate your senses with the vibrant colors of chives and black tobiko wrapped in fresh Baby Yellowtail, complemented with white radishes and cherry tomatoes. The dish is enhanced with a Yuzu soy sauce dressing, adding a delightful citrusy twist to the sublime flavors of the sea.

Tomato Salad – This menu also presents a vegetarian creation of mixed tomatoes, red onion, red radish, and creamy goat cheese, drizzled with balsamic vinegar. This refreshing salad bursts with the natural sweetness of ripe tomatoes, creating a delightful balance of flavors and textures.

Salmon Carpaccio – Experience the delicate flavors of salmon, artistically arranged with black tobiko, yuzu cream cheese, apple, and a medley of triple mushrooms. The yuzu soy sauce dressing enhances the richness of the salmon, creating a harmonious marriage of flavors.

Wagyu and Uni – Indulge in the ultimate luxury with the pairing of tender Wagyu beef and creamy Uni, garnished with black tobiko. Served with rice, this dish showcases the perfect balance between the delicate flavors of the sea and the richness of the Wagyu beef.
