Pizzeria From NYC Brings Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Service to the Hamptons

Posh parties are going to get some pizza pzazz this summer in the Hamptons!

Motorino Pizzeria Napoletana is expanding to the East End this summer with a custom-built wood-fired pizza trailer, set to cater to on-demand pizza parties and events with a touch of NYC’s pizza magic.

Founded by Chef Mathieu Palombino in 2008, Motorino has grown to 15 locations in New York City and with locations around the world. Now, Hamptons residents and visitors can enjoy the same quality and flavor right at their doorstep, thanks to Motorino Mobile.

Motorino Mobile says that local ingredients and flavors unique to the East End will make it stand out from the rest. From intimate home gatherings to outdoor vineyard weddings, the mobile pizza station promises a slice of culinary delight against the backdrop of Hamptons’ scenic beauty.

“I’m thrilled to bring Motorino pizza to the East End this summer,” said Chef Mathieu Palombino in a statement. “This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen on Earth, and there’s no better place for a party…with pizza!”

Palombino’s culinary journey, shaped by his Belgian roots and enriched through experiences in top-notch NYC kitchens, has culminated in Motorino’s success story. The pizzeria has garnered accolades from prestigious guides and publications, solidifying its reputation as a pizza paradise.

Motorino Mobile’s menu boasts a range of Neapolitan-style pies featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. From classic Margheritas to creations like the Soppressata Piccante and their Brussels Sprout pizza, there’s something for every pizza lover’s palate. Vegan options are also available upon request, ensuring inclusivity in pizza enjoyment.

Accompanying the pizzas are tantalizing antipasti options. Italian Chopped Salad, Octopus and Yukon Potato Salad, and Fried Calamari are just a few highlights on the menu. Motorino Mobile offers optional add-ons such as a prosciutto station featuring premium DOP Prosciutto di Parma and an artisanal gelato cart with a tempting selection of flavors.

According to the company’s statement emailed to LongIslandRestaurants.com, their seasoned crew of pizza makers come with a custom wood-fired pizza trailer set up a full pizza station onsite – complete with refrigeration, tent and lights.

It’s as close as it gets to having a pizzeria in your backyard. Guests watch as the team stretches the dough and prepares pies in front of the fire, and then are able to enjoy them straight out of the oven. Motorino serves Brooklyn favorites with special additions from the East End, such as freshly shucked bay clams, summer heirloom tomatoes and local sweet corn.

For bookings and inquiries, interested pizza enthusiasts can visit Motorino’s website or contact their team directly.
