The Ainsworth, located at 210 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre, just celebrated its highly anticipated grand opening weekend March 19, 2021. The Ainsworth touts itself as a chophouse that brings a sophisticated twist to the classic all-American restaurant experience. The interior is casual-sexy and super comfortable with an eclectic mix of luxe touches and urban-chic details. The Ainsworth is an intimate venue that features chic rustic décor including barn wood pine, chandeliers, leather booths and several TVs that transform into antique framed mirrors when not in use. Signature dishes include the Mac & Cheese Burger (panko crusted mac & cheese patty, beef patty, creamy mac & cheese, sesame bun) and 24K Gold Wings (24-hour brined and gold dusted coconut butter-chipotle-honey wings with gourmet bleu cheese).
