Sangria 71 is a family-friendly restaurant that specializes in the unique flavors of Spain and provides patrons with an astounding assortment of tapas, chicken, steak, seafood, and renowned paellas. The restaurant is operated by brothers Rosendo and Jose Fernández, who spent their early childhood surrounded by fresh ingredients and classic dished in the Spanish province of Galicia. They came to America at the ages of 5 and 6 when their father became the chef at El Rincon De España in Greenwich Village. Now, with decades of experience under their belts, the brothers Fernández are putting all they have learned about preparing astounding Spanish dishes to good use, providing Long Islanders with an authentic taste of Spain that’s sure to impress.
