Proposal to Turn Former The Hidden Vineyard Winery in Calverton Into A Motocross Track
A motocross track is being proposed for a 15-acre plot of land in Calverton that used to be the home of The Hidden Vineyard, a small winery that reviewers on Yelp called a hidden gem.
The applicant is looking for approval to develop the land and add an outdoor motocross track, parking areas, lighting, landscaping, and related site improvements at 2822 River Road in Calverton.
According to a listing on Loopnet.com, a commercial real estate site, the 15-acre property is mostly undeveloped and has “so many options.” There is a house presently on the property.
